All payments made to Best&Ready Travel Services are considered final and non-refundable unless the error or issue originates from Best&Ready Travel Agency or from an airline, hotel, tour operator, or any of our accredited travel partners.
2. Refunds Due to Agency or Partner Error
A refund may be issued if:
Best&Ready Travel Services made an error that directly affected your booking or travel arrangements.
The airline or any travel partner cancels, modifies, or fails to deliver a service covered by your booking.
The airline or travel partner approves a refund in accordance with their policies.
In these cases, Best&Ready Travel Services will process the refund only after receiving confirmation and refund authorization from the airline or third-party provider.
3. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted if the issue resulted from the clientโs actions, including but not limited to:
Incorrect personal information submitted (name, birthdate, passport details, travel dates, etc.)
Failure to comply with visa, passport, or travel document requirements
Change of mind or personal circumstances
Missed flights, no-shows, or late arrivals
Failure to review booking details before confirmation
Errors caused by customer-provided information or instructions
Clients are responsible for verifying all information before confirming their bookings.
4. Airline or Partner Refund Processing
Refunds are strictly subject to the rules, processing times, and approval of the airline, hotel, or travel partner.
Please note:
Some airlines issue refunds as travel credits or vouchers.
Refund processing may take several weeks depending on the carrier or provider.
Best&Ready Travel Services has no control over the refund timelines set by third parties.
Best&Ready will notify clients of updates and release the refunded amount as soon as it is received from the airline or partner.
5. Service Fees
Service fees, processing fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable in all cases.
